Swedish Massage
A gentle European massage style most commonly requested for stress relief. Using a variety of strokes, Swedish massage stimulates circulation & soothes the nervous system while promoting a deep sense of relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction across the grain of the muscle. It is used in conjunction with Swedish Massage.
Reflexology
An acupressure type technique performed on the feet and hands. Because each part of the body has a corresponding reflex point on the feet, massaging that reflex point stimulates the natural energy of the related organ and assists the body's natural healing process.
Hot Stone Massage
Relaxing Swedish massage combined with the use of water-treated stones placed at specific sites on the client's body to promote relaxation and to help open up the merdians (energy pathways). Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to allow the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations. Cool stones are sometimes used alternately with hot stones. This massage is used to address/treat: Muscular aches and pains, Back Pain, MS, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Stress, Anxiety, Circulatory problems, Insomnia, Depression. $95 per session
Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Massage
NMT (neuromuscular therapy) deals with a specific area of hyper-irritability within soft tissue structures characterized by local tenderness and sometimes referred to as sensations. These referred sensations can include pain, tingling, numbness, burning, or itching.
Trigger Point Therapy targets those tight and tender spots to facilitate relief and promote rejuvenation in the body. This technique is usually recommended to treat sports or accident injuries.
Raindrop Technique
Raindrop Technique is an application using a sequence of therapeutic, grade "A" essential oils strewn onto the spine like drops of rain. This aroma-therapeutic massage promotes relaxation and increases energy levels.
Craniosacral Therapy
This technique is a noninvasive, gentle manipulation of the skull and spinal system. CST directly addresses issues with the nervous system and effectively treats conditions such as migraines, chronic neck and back pain, stress and tension associated with PTSS, among others.
Prenatal and Postnatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is designed to help a new mother by reducing stress levels, rebalancing hormones, alleviating pain and swelling, etc. VERY gentle on the body and creates an overall sense of well-being during those precious 9 months.
Post-natal Massage restores balance to a mtoher's body while speeding recovery time. Also helps with postpartum depression and weight loss.
Skinny Massage
By
working on cellulite-affected areas, circulation is improved and
becomes softer and releases rigidity over time creating a smoother,
toner appearance. For people who have pain associated with higher-stage
cellulite, this massage technique can help soften and reduce the
appearance as well as reduce discomfort.

Detox S eaweed Wrap$80
Refreshing seaweed wrap that pulls toxins out of the body and rejuvenates the mind. 45 minute treatment includes aromatherapy of choice, light massage and relaxing
wrap.
The process is cleansing and the seaweed, being highly oxygenated and mineralized, aids in pulling toxins from the body. Seaweed wraps contains essential minerals including iron, copper, zinc, manganese, strontium, molybdenum, and boron, in concentrations up to 100 thousand times denser than seawater itself. It stimulates circulation through vasodilation - the widening of blood vessels - and breaks up fatty deposits to release toxins and impart healing.
The wrap will also smooth, firm and tone the skin.

Healing Touch
Healing Touch is an energy therapy that works with the energy fields around the body to address emotional and neurological issues associated with abuse and trauma. Popular in hospitals, healing touch effectively prepares patients for surgery and speeds post-operation recovery. Healing Touch can be used to alleviate PTS, anxiety and chronic pain or just to soothe rattled nerves. $80 per session
Life Alignment
Life Alignment Technique is an energy therapy that aligns the mental, emotional and physical aspects of a person. Through the activation of a specific sequence of energetic points in the body, emotion and psychological issues that are depressing physiological functions can be addressed and resolved, restoring physical balance and encouraging a multi-dimensional healing process. Sessions last usually 1-1.5 hours in length. Sessions can be combined with massage or other energy therapies as needed. $100 per session
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient method of energy healing. This Japanese style therapy utilizes the "laying on of hands" by the Reiki Master to heal the client through the transference of energy. Relaxing and very nurturing. $80 per session
