Yoga
Beginner Yoga  -- Mixed Style (LEVEL 1)
This class involves breath, meditation, body awareness, gentle stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and posture. The class is recommended for beginners.
 
Beginner/Intermediate  Vinyasa (LEVEL 2)
This class covers yoga poses and their variations in more detail than the other classes and includes some challenging poses. Poses are held longer than in the beginner classes in order to increase strength, balance and flexibility.
 
RestorativeYoga (HATHA)
A relaxing, meditative class which uses props to allow a gentle opening in the body. Most poses are experienced while laying or sitting on the floor.
 
Power Yoga (ASHTANGA)
An energetic mixed level vinyasa flow style class for beginning and continuing students interested in exploring more deeply to cultivate greater awareness, endurance and strength.
 
Yoga for Seniors - 60+
Many senior citizens have trouble with balance, walking and other activities of daily life. Yoga can help. Not only with ease of movement and better balance, but also many health conditions or chronic pain. You may want to take Yoga, but worry that standard classes may be too strenuous for you or will aggravate your condition, but this class focuses on moving in a slow, pleasurable way where you are free to improvise and adapt poses to fit your own body.
 
Yoga for Golfers/Cyclists/Runners
Yoga and core strength classes specifically designed to enhance athletic performance and agility while strengthening/toning core muscle groups to protect from injury.
Pilates
Pilates is an exercise regime designed to increase flexibility and balance by working the core muscles of the body. Beneficial to almost anyone, pilates can be used to relieve back/hip pain, tone stomach/bottom/thighs, speeds recovery from injuries and pregnancy, and improves self-esteem.
 
Traditional Pilates
45 min traditional mat pilates class. All levels welcome. 
 
Piloga
Piloga is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.
Reformer Pilates 
Despite the medieval sounding name, the pilates reformer is actually a graceful machine that uses spring weights to provide a full body workout. The reformer creates a safe, neutral spine workout promoting development of proper alignment, core strength, flexibility, and longer, leaner muscles. 
50 minute private class.  All levels welcome.
Meditation
Pure and simple Meditation has been used to develop clarity and peace for thousands of years and is still as effective today as it was then. Learn to strengthen one's connection between body and mind, empower yourself to sort through/alleviate internal struggles and develop a sense of calm and self-trust. Our meditation class will help you to develop your own meditation practice that works specifically for your needs and interest. Come and learn the art of sitting, walking, eating and sleeping meditation.
